Killer Inventions has developed what we believe to be the most accurate manufacturing process for a pistol bullet ever created. SPT is Single Process Technology and Single Point Technology. The single process technology means that the bore, rifling and chamber are cut in one machine with high precision without human intervention.
Single point technology means that the rifle is cut using the ancient and difficult single point cutting technique. This single-cut rifling process requires a single cutter to make 120 individual cuts to accurately fire each bullet. Single point cutting produces uniform grooves that are less than .0001” apart because they are cut with a single cutter.
"Button" barrels and standard "cut" rifles cannot achieve this type of repeatable accuracy due to normal tool wear and tool tolerances. "Single Point Cut" barrels have a consistently better groove for concentricity. These two techniques produce barrels with tight tolerances and precise alignment on all bore and chamber features. All this equates to a high degree of range accuracy. Compatible threaded barrel (1/2 × 28) for Gen 1-5 Glock 19 models.
